I am having trouble with my game. Where do I go for support?
For the Unreal series please write to ut3support@epicgames.com. For the Gears of War series, contact Microsoft Xbox Support by visiting the xbox.com web site at http://www.xbox.com/support or by phone at 1-800-4MYXBOX.
Can I be a beta tester for your next game?
Our publishers handle our testing and quality assurance. At this time, they do not accept outside testers. Any openings for in-house testers or QA will be listed on our job openings page. http://jobs-epicgames.icims.com/
I have a great game idea or a great idea for Epic, can we discuss it?
We are unable to accept outside submissions of any kind. Please do not send us your ideas, stories, artwork, game levels, music, etc. We are legally unable to review them and they will be discarded.
We are music/rendering/art/mo-cap/testing professionals. Can we talk with someone at Epic to discuss our products or services?
We create all of our own game content in-house or with contractors we’ve been working with for a long time. We are not looking to establish relationships with any new firms at this time.
Can I make a Fan Site based on your game?
We’d love it! We just ask that you follow our Fan Art and Fan site policy found here.
Where can I buy your games?
Our games are available from most retailers.
Gears of War is also available on Xbox Live Marketplace
Shadow Complex is available only on the Xbox Live Arcade
Unreal Tournament 3 Black, Unreal Tournament 2004 ECE, Unreal Tournament GOTY and The Unreal Deal Pack are also available on Steam. http://store.steampowered.com
What is UDK?

I am a student doing an assignment on the video game industry. Could I interview one of your developers?
We appreciate your interest in interviewing our staff, but because of the sheer volume of requests it’s our general policy to not do student interviews. Please feel free to reference the many, many interviews with our staff that have been published over the years with publications like The New Yorker, Wall Street Journal, G4 TV, Game Informer, IGN and 1UP (among others).
Will Epic Games sponsor my clan for an upcoming tournament?
We do not offer sponsorships for gaming competitions and tournaments.
Does Epic Games offer scholarships?
We do not offer scholarships at this time.

When will the Gears of War movie be released?
There has been no release date announced. The movie is currently in production.
