The Carolina Game Summit Returns With Gears 3 and UT3 Brackets!

GoW3The folks at the Carolina Games Summit have partnered with TWITCH.tv to bring gaming fans a fun and engaging experience for this year’s tournaments.

Along with a TWITCH.tv team channel, they will also have three other streams running during the event. Tournaments will include a Gears of War 3 4v4 and an Unreal Tournament 3 FFA bracket. Epic Games has provided the summit with some prizes for the events.

World Record holder for Madden ’09 and Super Mario Bros., Patrick Scott Patterson and Actress/Model Rachel Lara will be hosting the awards show at the end of the evening.

The summit will be held at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, NC this Saturday February 2nd from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM EST. Click HERE for directions to the event!

Gears Weekend: King of the Gnasher and 4x XP

The Twelve Days of Gearsmas – 2012

It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating the season of Gearsmas. Once again this year, we will be having twelve days of fun events in Gears of War 3 and we will also be randomly awarding the fans with Gears of War and Epic Swag! We have an Epic Edition, a Retro Lancer, a Gears of War board game and much, much more!

The events start tomorrow morning. Last year’s events were so popular, we’re going to do it all again. Events are subject to change without notice.

  • Day 1- Fortifications for Free (First upgrade is free)
